Troop offers its participants an intense training method for vastly improving strength and conditioning levels using a wide range of training methods.
Participants can expect to feel their strength, stamina, power, balance, coordination, endurance, and focus tested using exercises taken from Olympic lifting, gymnastics, athletics, and amped up day-to-day movements such as jumping, running, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
The Troop program is an outdoor and indoor weather permitting group program designed to be scalable, meaning it may be used by young and old, fitness beginners to the most elite athletes. It is a test of each individual’s fitness level, with the added energy and motivation of the group environment.
Troop encompasses many new and exciting training methods and equipment such as kettlebells, ropes, sleds, sandbags and more! If you want your body to respond in a way that it never has before, train in a way you have never done before.
First time participants need to complete an initial fitness evaluation to determine starting fitness levels.
Contact the studio to schedule your complimentary evaluation. This can be waived if you can ensure of your advanced fitness level.
