When it comes to transforming the body in just a couple of months at home we need it to be highly effective while utilizing minimal equipment, space, and time. To train for a specific sport of lift you need to repeat rest repeat to build the neural pathways and firing sequences of the muscle fibres in order to build as much strength in that lift or spot move as possible. I have done the P90X workouts, and I do support their premise the issue I have is that not everyone can do it. I mean one of their days is not a lot more than pushups and chin-ups. If you can even do 1 chin-up you are in the top 5% right there.

While we do employ some automated inspirational quotes and timely helpful reminders you’ll also have direct contact with Taylor and his team of hand picked trainers. I work with each and every client personally to modify and customize each program to work for that person but it takes a committed 100% focus. I use the analogy of a plane taking off all the time. Once the desired altitude is reached the pilot can throttle back and coast. The same rules apply to this or any other program. Once we’re there we can ease back and maintain and focus on the other areas of your life that are ripe for the taking.
