I Did 30 Minutes Of Cardio In One Second!

Today I beat a craving for a massive muffin at Planet Bean.

In that moment of decision I recognized not only the caloric impact of that muffin but the cardio time requirement to burn it off. I also recognize that not all calories are created equal and that there was nothing supportive to my goals in that muffin.

Let’s say for simple math that the muffin was 300 calories and that I burn 600 calories an hour doing cardio. In that instance I saved myself 300 bad calories and therefore 30 minutes of cardio.

I did 30 minutes of cardio in one second!

If you can start to think this way, your food intake will be reduced to plan levels as you get excited about how much cardio you are “doing” in one day. On any given day I am doing a minimum of 1 hour of cardio to prepare for the upcoming WBFF Professional World Championships, add to that the total calories you are beating in terms of delayed gratification and you can start to see very productive 3, 4 and 5 hour cardio days!

Don’t cheat the system and lie to yourself.  This doesn’t work if you simply pretend to have cravings. Some days you may have none while other days have you ligitimately craving something every 5 minutes. I know every time I pass a Dairy Queen I have beat a craving.

This preemptive strike mindset can be very effective and powerful if you use it properly and are mindful of all intake so get out there today and start using it.
