When I began thinking about my dream to become a Police Officer, I knew that my greatest obstacle would be the fitness test. I really didn’t know where to start at first. The Team at Vitality really knew what I needed in order to help me achieve my goals. The most important thing for me was to put all my trust in Vitality and my trainer. I did what they wanted me to do, and followed the meal plans as best as I could. I really learned how to eat, so my body would benefit from all the hard training. The training was really hard, but it’s important to push yourself. In the end you will surprise yourself at how well you will do on the physical, and the confidence you’ll gain for the interview. It will mean so much more knowing how hard you worked to succeed. It’s important to remember what you learn at Vitality, and make it a part of your life. I don’t think I told you, but my impetus for joining up was the fact that I was 230 lbs and my blood pressure and cholesterol were becoming a concern for my doctor. I started limited training before I came to you, and as a result, the total weight that I’m down from last summer is 19 lbs. My cholesterol and BP are awesome! The doctor almost couldn’t believe the results in 6 months. When I told him that 14 of those pounds were in under two months, he was even more impressed!

Taylor Beech and the staff at Vitality Fitness are amazing.  They provide flexible options that allow anyone to fit fitness and training into their schedule.  Taylor and Clarke’s Troop workouts have been amazing, motivating and they make fitness fun again.  Personal training sessions are intense and effective.  Taylor is constantly providing feed back and Clarke has been awesome at accommodating my injured back.  With their help, I have lost 50 pounds and I feel great.  Their encouragement and advice along the way is the best and can only guide you to being successful, whatever your fitness goal.  It is awesome to reach for a size medium, instead of that XL or even XXL of the past.  Thank you vitality fitness for your help, I couldn’t have done it without you!  Now to amp up the training so I can run a marathon……something that was only a laughable dream in the past.
