What is personal training?

Personal training consists of one on one coaching from a certified personal fitness trainer… this trainer teaches you, motivates you, and gets you to work hard consistently while following a detailed fitness and nutrition plan which the trainer develops for you based on you and your goals.
Personal training is the most effective method of achieving your health, fitness, and/or weight loss goals as it utilizes the most effective exercise and nutrition strategies while at the same time it keeps you continuously making progress.

What kind of results can I expect?

It honestly depends primarily on how bad you want to achieve your goals and how hard you are willing to work. Our personal training programs will allow you to get the most out of your fitness and nutrition.
On average, most clients lose approximately 1% of their body weight in pounds of body fat (not scale weight) per week and often will lose 18-25 pounds in a 6 week period.

It all depends… first, you need to know what your goals are… then look at the different programs we offer and see if you see one that’s a good match.

How often should I meet with a personal trainer?

This still depend upon your goals, how quickly you want to achieve them, your schedule and time available to exercise, and your budget… but when considering the cost, be sure to remember that this is your health and there is nothing on earth that is more important… because without it you have nothing.
On average, most clients do best when they meet with a personal trainer 2-3 times per week… less than that many people will slack off and not get nearly as much out of it. Here are a few things to keep in mind when determining how often you’ll meet with your trainer…
How fast do you want to achieve your goal and see results?

The more frequently you meet with your trainer in person or via the web the faster you’ll see results and achieve your goals and there are several reasons for this… consistency, accountability, motivation, guidance, you’ll work much harder with your trainer than on your own. We all need to have our “tires pumped”. However, some say that having this influx of positivity and motivation doesn’t last. Well neither does showering, which is why I recommend it daily.
How much experience with exercise do you have and how much do you really know?

While many people have exercised before, many for years… but do you really know it all? It’s not likely… we spend years and years studying and learning to know what we know and our primary focus is on helping and teaching you. Think about it… if you don’t know how to properly draw up legal documents (like I sure don’t ) are you going to try to figure it out yourself or have someone help you? Why leave your fitness results to chance?

Getting started is easy – send us an email from the contact us page. That’s it. from there we are in charge and will see to getting you into the studio for your Dynamic First Workout or start the information gathering process for our highly evolved internet based training. This first consultation dubbed the “Dynamic Workout” is a risk free opportunity for you to try out our services and see if it’s right for you.
This necessary information gathering step helps us both out as we are in no position to plan a proper plan for you with out first gathering information about you as well.

How does the Beech Body system work?

Once the client purchases the program they are sent a list of questions to help us better understand where you are and where you want to be. We offer a downloadable book and video series or the hardcopy dvd and book, if you choose the hard copy you will have to wait 2-5 business days for shipping, The videos will show you how to perform every exercise within the plan along with some of the very best workouts available today, the book teaches you lifestyle, nutrition and fitness and also comes in a convenient audio download. Let’s face it we’re all extremely busy and time management is one of my key success factors. Having the ability to listen to the book while doing cardio or driving will only help your success. The program consists of custom diets, nutrtional help and tips, 12-16 weeks worth of workouts split up in 3-4 , 4 week plans, and personal support from us daily. You will be responsible for contacting us on a daily basis to let us know your updates and progress utilizing our online accountability tracking forms and proprietary point tracking system. You will be communicating with us personally not an automated system. Our goal is to get you in the best shape of your life and teach you the Beech Body lifestyle for long term success. We offer Muscle Building, Weight Loss, Fit OVer 50, Busy Professional Makeovers, Fitness model and Competition Preparation plans.
How does the actual online training work?
Taylor and his elite team of trainers are here to answer any questions you may have throughout your transformation. Daily logs and point submissions is the clients responsibility. We will remind you and hour you for them but there is only so many times we can prod you. Accountability and habit development is key and this is one part of the strategy. We focus on results with Beech Body but feel as though we take it one step further by focusing on performance. What I mean by that is if we simply stare at the end result we lose sight of the thousands of many small objectives and decisions that we face daily that either move us closer of further from our goal. If we break it down and monitor and assign a point system to your daily actions we can see in which area we need to focus more on. Someone once said “We win or lose by the way we choose.” and I couldn’t agree more. Our success will be nothing more than a culmination of many small, seemingly insignificant decisions that add up to a winning physique. This winning physique is the foundation for all success in life and when you can tie this realization into your actions it gives you the power to make the right decisions. In life we all want freedom. I can’t say what exactly that means for everyone but it’s something we all want guaranteed. Something to consider…. First comes fitness, then confidence, relationships, opportunities, financial reward, freedom.
Fitness IS Freedom! Freedom to do what you want, that’s it! To wake up everyday and have that day be filled with something that jumps you out of bed because you get to do what you want, everyday. Can I still drink alcohol on this plan?

Obviously drinking will hold you back. It’s not only the influx of wasted calories but the late nights, binge eating, lack of energy for days and blood sugar roller coaster that you’ll be on for days that makes it so bad. Do I want you getting drunk NO, BUT if we are responsible and you need it, we can work in a couple glasses of wine a week to keep you sane. Drinking responsibly like this can actually have a positive effect as it may negate some of the negative effects brought on by stress and cortisol. For the big night outs we can plan for them and get through them strategically but they should be no more often than every 3 weeks.
Can the online program be done at home?

Yes of course it can and you’ll be expected to. If you want to take it to a gym all the better but it is NOT necessary. You will need some equipment for home at minimum for females you will need dumbbells up to 20′s, and a stability ball. For Men you will need the same with dumbbells up to 40′s. As you progress we’ll need to get you some heavier weights but I hope that’s ok. That only means you are seeing results and are so much stronger. It should be one of the happiest purchases you ever make and you’ll have them for life.
When do I have to start my plan?

After you purchase you can start when you are ready but of course we are not getting any younger and I’ll advise we get started right away!
Do I get to work with Taylor and his team of elite trainers personally?

Yes, all the personal support will be from Taylor and his Team. That’s one of the reasons we are different and better then any other internet personal training system out there. We personally guide you to success! You not only get contact from Taylor himself but you’ll also learn to draw support from the team and community that we’ve created for you, which you will find is much more inspiring and convenient.
Do we give out sample diets or sample workouts?

Yes and no. Yes we do because a diet that works for someone else can work for you too, but we will customize and alter the plans to accommodate you specifically. If chicken, brown rice and broccoli is a supportive meal to someone else does it cease to be effective for you? Of course not, so let’s find the best plan for you, alter it if we need to and stay the course and be held accountable to it.
Where do I get my bodyfat checked?

We’ll help you track down a place close to you to get this done quickly and inexpensively. If you want to spend more and be more accurate we can try and find a hydrostatic dunk tank close to you. This is the most accurate way to measure body fat percentage. Not necessary but a cool thing to try if you have never done it.
Can I see results even if I am in my 50′s or older?

Over the past many years due to a can gin demographic Taylor has ramped up his passion and knowledge of training an older generation. Being able to help someone regain mobility and literally feel 10 years younger is a passion of taylor’s and he has a deep understanding of the nutritional, psychological, training and mobility issues that need to be addressed when training this exciting and potential filled age bracket.
How expensive will the food be?

Food expenses actually go down because you will not be eating out and buying bulk, the only meal plan that will be a bit more expensive is when you are trying to build muscle and add weight because you will be eating so much and so frequently. I recommend shopping at Costco if you have one in your area, shop for specials and buy your meat directly from the farmer. I always buy 1/4 cows as they taste much better than what you get in the stores and of course it is cheaper.
How expensive will be supplements be?

Supplements are optional but recommended. There are as you know countless supplements and brands out there but we have it narrowed down to the few that everyone can benefit from and have found the best quality and value for you. There are specific supplements that we may recommend to you for optimal performance if we detect a deficiency but they are stricly optional as are all the supplements.
How many hours per week will I have to workout?

This is a great question and the answer is that it depends on your goals. What I can say is that we will start with a manageable amount of time one that you buy into with 100% confidence. Once routines and habits are established we amp up the frequency as well as the workout intensity. Depending on your goals and somatotype we would want to want to max you at approximhoursately 9 of cardio a week and 5-6 hours of weights.

Can I pick My BEECH Body online trainer?

Taylor is BEECH Body and is the only trainer that does the online programs! Taylor’s team is there to assist in answering questions, helping by posting motivational and educational material and is there to lend another ear and words of advice when needed. They are backup to an already solid foundation.
How long before I get my program after I sign up?

Once we receive all of your info and pics it will take 5 days to compete your program. It may take only 1 day but we’ll say 5 to under promise and over delivery, which is what we strive to do in every account.
I just signed up what is the next step?

After signing up you’ll be sent a list of questions and will be asked to send in before pics, a completed fitness test, and a goal setting workshop. Once we get all your information Taylor can start making your game plan.
Is BEECH Body just a pre packaged book and video system?

The book and videos are guides and an excellent addition to the custom plans made for you. You will receive custom nutrition and custom workouts via email and be granted a 15 minute welcome phone call from Taylor.
Can I modify the diets and training?

No, Taylor will do that for you to some extent but expect to hear no in some instances. It is important to train and eat the foods that work, period. Substituting oatmeal for granola bars just won’t work.
How do I know if I will be able to follow this?

You need to no yourself and whether or not you can commit to us without having to see us in person. If so and you can physically get the work done you will do amazing. If not, then you’ll need the one on one support of a trainer in person and in your face. Taylor is fortunate enough to have many colleagues in and around the Greater Toronto Area and can suggest one close to you. This does not mean we can’t still work together. The plans and system will still stay the same but you can pay a trainer to help you get through each workout. If you live in the Guelph area then by all means we’ll try and get you into the studio to work with one of our trainers as Taylor’s studio time is all but spoken for.
HDo we ever meet if we are an online client?

Yes! Taylor will personally make the time to have a 15 minute phone conversation with you to welcome you onboard. This can be done over traditional phone or web cam through Skype. Personal Training is just that, “personal”. I want to get to know you, do you have any kids, what movies do you like etc. By connecting on this level I believe we’ll be more connected throughout the process and hopefully, just maybe, you won’t want to let me down.
Can I do BEECH Body if I am a Type 1 or type 2 diabetic?

Not only can you do it, you should do it. Taylor’s wife Sheri has had diabetes since she was 11 years old. She has been battling it for over 20 years now and has been kicking its ass since the beginning. She knows the ins and outs of insulin control and this of course has spilled over into the passion behind BEECH Body. Trust that we are well versed in handling all of your questions and concerns with this delicate subject and look forward to adding quantity and quality to your life.

There is a no refund policy simply because once you download and receive all the info ration you have it and there is no way for us to ensure that our IP has been returned. With that being said I am 100% confident that it will work for you and I will work very hard to make sure that you as a customer first, are happy with your purchase.
