Upright Cable Flys

Upward Cable Fly tends to focus on the upper inner chest.
As it is with any chest exercise or any exercise for that matter you can not 100% target any one area
I am in fact hitting the lower part of my chest as well with this exercise it just lends itself to focus on the upper inner fibres to develop the thickness of the chest near the top where it is lacking in most.
Keep your shoulders back, abs tight and move with deliberate motions trying hard not to rock the body and throw the arms forward but squeeze them forward with a steady tempo.
